We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other lead-generation methods
Help clients determine their insurance needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
Record and update client information in company CRM or database systems
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen effectively and build report.
Goal-driven mindset with a desire to learn and grow in a sales career
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time efficiently
