
Senior Financial Analyst - IFS Specialist
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting Culligan leadership by analyzing financial results, tracking performance, and helping guide business decisions. Prepares forecasts, budgets, and reports, reviews trends and variances, and partners with teams to improve financial planning and results. Responsibilities: Assist monthly, quarterly, and annual close support, reporting, and variance analysis using IFS ERP Build and maintain financial reports directly from IFS, ensuring data integrity across modules Partner with Accounting and Operations to ensure accurate setup and usage of IFS financial structures (chart of accounts, cost centers, projects, work orders) Extract, analyze, and reconcile data from IFS modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Projects, and Fixed Assets Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes using IFS data Develop financial models integrating IFS actuals with forecasts and scenarios Create and maintain dashboards and KPIs sourced from IFS Identify and resolve data quality issues within IFS Support IFS system enhancements, upgrades, and implementations Document reporting processes, data definitions, and system dependencies Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred) 58+ years of financial analysis experience in fast-growth or complex environments Strong hands-on experience with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud required Experience designing and maintaining IFS financial structures Proficiency in IFS Business Reporter, Lobby, and standard/custom reports Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar tools a plus Strong understanding of ERP-driven financial processes and controls Excellent communication and business partnering skills Compensation and Benefits: Pay: $85-105K/year depending on experience Medical, Dental, Vision 401(K) matches Product Discounts Paid Time Off Annual Bonus Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies in this position: Resourcefulness Customer Focus Team Player Analytical Judgement/Decision Making Detail Oriented
