Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities: Handle all client interactions in a professional and courteous manner Provide accurate information and solutions to clients during each interaction Accurately enter and confirm client information in our database Educate clients about our products and services and recommend additional solutions based on their needs Maintain a strong working knowledge of all Vredevoogd products and services Meet established standards for compliance, job knowledge, quality, attendance, efficiency, initiative, and overall performance Requirements: High school diploma or GED required At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred Strong data entry and computer skills in a fast-paced environment Friendly phone voice and a positive attitude Professional demeanor in all interactions with both internal and external clients Self-starter who can work independently while meeting expectations Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment Must be available for weekend and closing shifts Must be able to complete training at our Grandville location starting June 9 Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay Quarterly bonuses Medical, dental, and vision insurance 6 paid holidays Room for career growth Ongoing training Overtime opportunities during the busy season A positive, supportive culture that values healthy work-life integration Heartland Home Service is an equal opportunity employer.
