Greet service customers and assess their vehicle concerns Write accurate repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians Explain service recommendations, timelines, and costs to customers Keep customers informed throughout the repair process Help maintain high CSI scores and customer retention Use dealership software to manage workflow and documentation What We're Looking For:
Prior experience as a service writer, advisor, or in automotive customer service (preferred) Chevrolet/GM knowledge is a strong plus Excellent communication and people skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with a clean record Team-oriented, goal-driven, and eager to grow Why Join Feldman Chevrolet of Lansing?
