This role is responsible for producing high-quality, searchable PDF files from both large and small format originals while ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance with company standards. You will work under direct supervision while contributing to a collaborative, service-oriented team environment. A Typical Day Might Include: Scanning paper documents into digital format using small and large format scanning equipment and creating searchable, legible PDF files. Organizing and preparing documents for scanning, including removing staples and bindings, indexing and categorizing files, and archiving within network folders for easy retrieval. Performing quality checks to verify scanned documents match original hard copies (QAQC) and collaborating with staff, clients, and vendors to support document management needs. Required Education/License/Certifications: High school education or equivalent required. Ability to follow and comply with all safety and work rule regulations. Capability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 30 pounds and operating scanning equipment. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of previous experience within a professional office environment. Proficiency in data entry, document coding, and basic computer operating systems and scanning software. Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, and service desk systems. Ideally, You Should Also Have: Experience navigating and managing network folder archiving systems. Familiarity with naming conventions and digital archiving best practices.
