Responsibilities

Serve as the welcoming and professional point of contact for residents calling into the community support line

Handle incoming calls regarding maintenance requests, community amenities, billing questions, and general inquiries

Listen actively and provide clear, friendly, solution-oriented guidance

Create service tickets and accurately document resident needs in the system

Follow up on open requests to ensure residents feel supported and informed

Collaborate with on-site property teams to route issues and share important information

Maintain a calm, positive attitude during busy periods or challenging conversations

Contribute to a team culture focused on helpfulness, empathy, and resident satisfaction

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, call centers, hospitality, or property management

A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people feel at home
