built around your clients and your lifestyle What you'll do: Conduct in-home design consultations using our fully equipped mobile showroom Listen carefully to customers' needs and recommend flooring solutions that fit their style, functionality, and budget Use digital tools (iPad, estimating software, laser measures) to create and present professional proposals Follow our proven, process-driven sales system from consultation to close Proactively network and build your personal referral base to maximize earning potential Maintain clear, consistent follow-up to ensure a seamless 5-star customer experience Build lasting relationships with homeowners, contractors, and referral partners Meet or exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional service What we're looking for: 2+ years of sales experience (flooring or home improvement preferred, not required) Knowledge of flooring products, trends, and installation processes is a plus A strong service mindset
