Account Manager
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the existing customer accounts in their assigned territory and growing AllTerra's relationship. Will also be responsible for prospecting for new customers in order to sell equipment. Essential duties and responsibilities: Work with another team member to learn the territory and customers. Manage existing accounts in the territory. Maintain and manage the CRM contact database of new and existing accounts. Focus on existing accounts and growing our relationship with them. Other duties and responsibilities: Learn how to operate and use Trimble Geospatial hardware and software. Supporting customer needs Work with team member on testing all new/used equipment prior to installation with a customer. Preferred requirements: Knowledge of Trimble field and office software: GNSS, Robotics, Trimble Access, TBC. 2 or 4-year degree in Surveying/Mapping, MGIS, Business, or related field. Basic understanding of Survey and MGIS field procedures. Previous sales experience highly desired. Knowledge, skills and abilities: Strong attention to detail and adaptability to handle several tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office
Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, SharePoint, and Teams. Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Must be available to travel to customer and/or company locations as required. Flexibility to work past normal business hours as necessary.
