Full-Time | Montana Division Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) As a Sales Associate
Montana Division at iRent Everything/Rapid Response, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking portable restroom and restroom trailer rentals. This role supports revenue growth in the Montana market by managing inbound inquiries, qualifying customer needs, preparing accurate quotes, and supporting the CEO in closing rental opportunities. You will manage inbound calls and emails, gather event and site details, prepare quotes, follow up with clients, and coordinate closely with the CEO to close rental agreements. Your duties include, but are not limited to: Serve as primary point of contact for Montana clients Gather quantities, site details, and rental duration Prepare accurate quotes and proposals Support CEO with sales coordination Maintain CRM records Follow up on open opportunities What we're looking for: 2+ years in sales or customer service Strong communication skills Attention to detail CRM experience preferred What we offer: We recognize that our team is our greatest asset.
