You will play a key part in driving sales growth while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment. Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. Present and demonstrate vehicles effectively, highlighting features and benefits. Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet individual and dealership sales targets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and pricing. Provide bilingual support to customers, ensuring clear communication throughout the process. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the finance and service departments to facilitate smooth transactions and delivery. Requirements
Proven experience as an automotive sales associate, preferably in a dealership setting. Bilingual proficiency, with excellent communication skills in both English and a second language. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Passion for automobiles and knowledge of automotive products and trends. Benefits

Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership. Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs. Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process. Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers. Report to the sales manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. Requirements
Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday. Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing. Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills. Interest in training additional sales associates once you get up to speed and working in a team environment.
