As a Manufacturing Assembler in our modern Hugo facility, you'll work in a dynamic production environment building walls, floors, trusses, and stairs using a variety of tools and equipment. You'll collaborate closely with a skilled team of 34 members to meet daily production goals while upholding strict safety and quality standards. Accurately read and interpret tape measures down to 1/8 inch Work confidently with hand and power tools such as nail guns and table saws Contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment Occasionally lift materials up to 75 lbs Commit to 50-hour workweeks with consistent overtime Bring basic hand tools on day one (or obtain them through our company-supported program) What You Bring

You'll collaborate within small teams, moving between different production buildings depending on the product being assembled. Required tools include a tape measure, tool belt, utility knife, and other basic equipment. Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome, and language accommodations are available. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of HUGO, MN. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
