and ultimately step into the role of Regional Sales Manager for this area./ph3The Role/h3pThis is a hands-on, customer-facing sales position focused on driving membership growth, increasing brand presence, and delivering exceptional service. The right candidate will be hired with the clear intention of earning the Regional Sales Manager role as locations expand./ph3What Youll Do/h3ulliFollow our proven method of selling memberships to drive consistent membership growth/liliRepresent Wash N Roll as the primary sales leader in the Indianapolis/Lafayette region/liliDrive membership sales, on-site promotions, and customer engagement/liliMaintain a healthy working relationship with the operations and sales teams/liliMaintain strong knowledge of Wash N Roll services, promotions, and sales strategies/liliEnsure professional, friendly, and high-energy customer interactions/li/ulh3What Were Looking For/h3ulliProven sales experience and management experience/liliExcellent attitude, professionalism, and customer service skills/liliA competitive spirit and strong work ethic/liliAbility to work outside in all weather conditions/liliAbility to stand and move for long periods of time/liliSomeone who can handle rejection, bounce back, and keep pushing/liliLeadership potential with the goal of becoming a Regional Sales Manager/liliValid drivers license/liliWeekend availability required/li/ulh3Schedule/h3ulli40 hours per week minimum, with overtime available/liliStandard 8:00 AM
