Location: Indianapolis, IN Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Compensation: Base Salary + Commission Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with a hunter mentality to join our Commercial Pest Control team. This role is focused on new business development, targeting commercial and industrial clients across various sectors. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at prospecting, and is passionate about solving customer problems with tailored pest management solutions. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits. Identify and qualify opportunities in target verticals such as food processing, hospitality, healthcare, property management, and manufacturing. Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to understand client needs and develop customized service proposals. Present and sell pest control solutions to decision-makers, including facility managers, operations leaders, and procurement teams. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in pest control, facilities services, or a related field. Proven track record of hunting and closing new business. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities. Ability to travel regionally to meet with clients and prospects.
