Sales Bdc Agent (Automotive Customer Service)
Hyundai Carson is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales BDC Agent to join our team. The Sales BDC Agent serves as a primary interface between the customer and the dealership and is responsible for setting sales appointments and generating new sales business for the dealership. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working as part of a team. Compensation for this position is $20 to $23 per hour, paid semi-monthly. In addition to attractive compensation, the successful candidate will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, paid vacation, and paid holidays. Responsibilities include: Handling incoming customer calls promptly and courteously Scheduling sales appointments and following up with customers on a timely basis Providing accurate information about sales recommendations Tracking all customer contact activities in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Assisting customers with general questions about services provided Handling customer objections and finding solutions Following up on customers regarding sales visits Assisting the dealership with additional customer service duties as needed Requirements include: High school diploma or equivalent A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role Exceptional customer service and communication skills Ability to problem-solve and work effectively in a team environment Knowledge of the automobile industry and sales procedures Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
