Supports the Sr. Director of Retail Banking and Customer Experience with reporting, scheduling, projects, and tracking of sales initiatives across retail branches, Market Executives and Business Development Officers. Responsible for projects as directed by the Sr. Director of Retail Banking & Customer Experience. Operates as a backup to the Retail Branch Administration Specialist in responsibilities for monthly dashboard, sales, transaction and incentive reports. May represent the Retail Division through special committees or organizational projects. Primary Accountabilities

Process various letters, reports, and memos, and compose routine correspondence. Prepare and manage a variety of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports to be distributed throughout the company which may include review and manipulation of databases. Coordinate executive communications, calendar and expense report management. Manage several corporate wide projects and prepare presentations as assigned. Assess the urgency and importance of organizational situations and take appropriate action to notify necessary team members for resolution. Engage with team leaders. Coordinate information from several sources and prepare a variety of reports required for executive management. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality. Develop and sustain a high level of professionalism among staff and clientele. Keep abreast of ongoing developments in the fields of finance and banking. Assist the team with developing and implementing new or improved products and services established by the business unit. Maintain and update all new policies or modifications to the guidelines and standards of the bank. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills Education and Work Experience:

Associates degree required or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of three years' experience required, five preferred. At least 2 years of banking experience helpful. Must have proficient computer skills, including Word and Excel, and excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and math skills. Ability to handle challenging situations with poise and tact. Previous project management experience helpful. Must be able to work independently, make decisions, handle multiple projects simultaneously and use discretion in setting priorities. About UniBank

Final hourly offer will be determined based on a particular candidate's unique combination of factors such as skills, education, experience and certifications.
