
Scale House Clerk
Carolina Waste is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Scale House Clerk to support daily site operations at our N. Charleston, SC location. In this role, you'll operate the scale house, assist customers, complete billing tasks, and provide general administrative support. This position requires accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Process payments and generate basic billing documentation Complete daily, biweekly, and monthly billing Batch work orders and support reporting requirements Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks Respond to and monitor Google Reviews Provide backup coverage for the scale clerk Communicate effectively with dispatch, staff, and the public Requirements: Excellent organizational skills Good numeric reasoning and numerical ability required Previous experience in data entry Customer Service experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers Excellent computer proficiency with MS Office
