Business Development Representative (Remote)

We're looking for a driven, outreach-focused Business Development Representative to help build a strong sales pipeline for our growing team. This is a great role for someone with 1+ year of BDR experience in a fast-paced startup or SaaS environment who's ready to take the next step in their sales career. What You'll Do: Execute outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new leads Research and qualify prospects, focusing on SMB and mid-market opportunities Book meetings for Account Executives and help drive early-stage sales activity Track activity and progress using CRM tools Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve messaging and conversion rates Test and iterate on outreach strategies to optimize results Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in a BDR, SDR, or lead generation role Experience working in a startup or SaaS company Comfortable with high-volume outreach and meeting targets Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools is a plus Additional Information: Remote US Based Company
