
Business Development Representative
We're looking for a Business Development Representative to accelerate pipeline for Centari's fastest-growing market segments. You'll be on the front lines of our GTM motion: identifying and engaging partners, associates, and practice group leaders at AmLaw 100 firms and senior dealmakers at financial institutions. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at a company where outbound motions directly shape company trajectory. You'll work closely with our Strategic Account Executive and GTM leadership to develop targeted outreach strategies, run campaigns, and book meetings that convert. Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone Qualify inbound leads through structured discovery and route opportunities to Account Executives Book qualified meetings that convert to pipelinesuccess is measured by quality, not just activity Partner with Sales and Marketing to align outreach with campaigns, events, and product launches Maintain accurate CRM records of all activity, notes, and pipeline status in HubSpot Surface prospect feedback, competitive intel, and market insights to sharpen messaging Support events and conferences with pre- and post-engagement to maximize pipeline impact Requirements
1-3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role in B2B SaaS, legal tech, fintech, or professional services Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple outreach streams Curiosity and coachabilityyou learn quickly and apply feedback Resilience and goal orientationyou move fast and don't let "no" slow you down Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools Standout Differentiators
