As they expand their Vehicle Services group, they're seeking a true hunter to fuel new business growth and capture untapped opportunity in the market. Our client is hiring for an Account Executive to drive new business and expand our footprint in the automotive and engineering sectors. What you will do: Identify, prospect, and close new business with OEMs, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, and related industries (construction, agriculture, transportation, marine, and more). Leverage your network to bring in new logos and expand client relationships. Conduct market research and target account mapping to uncover new revenue streams. Develop and deliver tailored staffing solutions to clients' complex business needs. Negotiate and close deals, manage the full sales cycle, and achieve/exceed activity and financial targets. Collaborate closely with recruiters and internal teams to deliver best-in-class talent. Build and maintain strong, long-term client partnerships. Stay on top of industry and market trends to keep your edge. What you need: Hunter mentality with a proven track record of new business development in staffing (automotive/engineering a plus). 3+ years of successful staffing sales experience (required). Experience selling into OEM, Tier 1, or Tier 2 accounts highly preferred. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Resourceful, self-motivated, and KPI-driven. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Comfortable working remotely and traveling up to 50% as needed. Experience with Salesforce or Bullhorn CRM is a plus. What you get: Base salary: $90K$100K. Unlimited commissions. Comprehensive benefits package.
