As a Sales Intern, you will be part of a collaborative sales team responsible for guiding prospective clients through Capital Vacations' proven sales process. You will gain firsthand experience in professional selling, objection handling, and closing, supported by group sales presentations led by experienced sales leaders and managers who assist throughout the process. This internship is designed for motivated individuals seeking exposure to a performance-driven sales career within the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities
Participate in daily sales operations alongside full-time Sales Representatives. Engage with prospective customers and assist in presenting Capital Vacations' vacation ownership products. Learn and execute Capital Vacations' structured sales process. Work closely with Sales Managers and T.O.s to support deal flow and closing efforts. Maintain professionalism, compliance, and attention to detail throughout the sales process. Contribute positively to a fast-paced, team-oriented sales environment. Ideal Candidate Profile
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Professional appearance with a competitive, driven, and coachable mindset. Strong communication skills and a desire to learn consultative selling. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays. Must live in or have secured housing in Myrtle Beach, SC. Housing and relocation are not provided.
