
Retail Banker
Security Bank is offering an exciting career opportunity for a Retail Banker to our team in Lennox, SD. We are seeking an organized team-oriented individual who enjoys a fast-paced customer centric environment. This role will assist with the day-to-day branch operations. Responsibilities:
Greet and support clients' needs with a positive and friendly attitude. Process deposit and withdrawal transactions based on the Bank's policies and procedures. Be proficient while completing all necessary teller transactions for the client. Accurately maintain individual daily cash drawer. Open new accounts: DDAs, Savings, CDs, Safe Deposit Boxes as needed. Support the customer inquiry resolution for fraud and disputes. Remain compliant with operational, security and audit policies & procedures. Maintain current knowledge and compliance with Bank Secrecy Act requirements and other banking regulations. Build long-term relationships with colleagues and clients. Other duties as assigned. We are all about teamwork and being successful, your skill may be needed in other areas/avenues. Qualifications & Requirements:
Attention to detail and high-level of accuracy. Prior cash handling and or banking experience is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills. Financial/Math skills. Commitment to confidentiality. Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and with teams. Customer-centric.
