Fusing creativity with technology, SuperOrdinary is harnessing the power of livestreaming to create engaging shopping experiences that seamlessly integrate e-commerce and entertainment. The Beauty Advisor at SuperOrdinary will be responsible for informing viewers on TikTok of new beauty products and trends, specifically with the brands that SuperOrdinary represents. This role will have considerable time on camera, both in short-form videos as well as livestream. An abundance of knowledge in the beauty space is required, as is a desire to share information about those products with consumers. The ideal candidate is comfortable presenting on camera, confident in their knowledge of beauty products, and wants to share that knowledge with viewers on TikTok. Candidates that excel in this role will be self-starters, quick learners, detail-oriented, and well-organized. Job Responsibilities: Present new products and trends to consumers via short form video and TikTok Livestreams Engage with viewers and assist with growth of the SuperOrdinary Beauty channel Optimizing channel reach and efficiency, and driving sales revenue Immediate troubleshooting on the platform as issues arise Basic Qualifications: 1+ Years of experience working with beauty products in a customer-oriented sales role Good understanding of social media Detail-oriented and a natural curiosity for new things Excitement to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Actual pay within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including your residence location and prior work experience. Equity, benefits, and a discretionary bonus may be additional forms of compensation for this role and are not included in the provided pay range.
