Membership Sales Concierge Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available Department: Member and Guest Hospitality Pay Range: $12.00 - $15.00 / Hour Based on Experience | Plus Commissions Paid on Every New Membership Sold Location: League City, TX Location Candidate Hiring Assessment: As part of our hiring process, we require all candidates to complete a Predictive Index Assessment. This position is integral to maintaining a welcoming experience and enhancing the overall wash experience at JJ's Car Wash. The role emphasizes hospitality, account management, sales, membership engagement and allowing individuals to grow their skills in a supportive environment. Responsibilities: Operates as the first point of contact for members and guests entering the wash facility. Exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences. Maintain updated knowledge to regularly educate and present to guests the pricing and benefits of JJ's Car Wash monthly membership plans. Assist members and guests with account maintenance, processing member and guest needs, changes, and transaction to wash accounts. Serve as point of contact for new member acquisitions and member retention interactions. Engage in problem solving and customer service questions and concerns, utilizing company provided tools and resources. Easily utilizes company software sales tools and resources to present guests with membership options. Requirements: At least one to two years of direct customer service and sales experience. Passion to serve others and provide out of the box thinking and unreasonable hospitality. Effective communication skills. Highly energized personality. Be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This position is generally based outdoors so candidate must have ability to work in various conditions and be able to work on their feet.
