Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Listen carefully to understand their vehicle needs and preferences Guide test drives and explain key features, technology, and benefits Build strong relationships to create repeat and referral business Follow up with customers by phone, email, and text to maintain engagement Collaborate with management to achieve individual and team goals Work with internet, phone, and walk-in leads to maximize opportunities Deliver vehicles and ensure customers fully understand their purchase Introduce customers to the Service Department and promote dealership loyalty What We're Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills Enthusiasm for cars and helping people find what fits them best Outside sales or customer-facing experience a plus (but not required) A positive attitude, professionalism, and a drive to succeed Basic computer and smartphone proficiency High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening What We Offer
