
Sales Coordinator

The Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Denver/hybrid team. The Sales Coordinator provides administrative/operational support to the Sales & Account Management Teams. This position oversees the coordination of activities between Provider Services and other departments within the organization, as well as overseeing process improvement and efficiency of administrative duties. Essential Functions: Provide operational and administrative support to the Sales & Account Management Teams to continually increase the value OM members and DataDive customers bring to and receive from the Association. Work with other departments across the enterprise to ensure the tactical needs of the client are fulfilled. Process accounts receivable related procedures/processes for all new and renewal sales organizational membership and Data product agreements, and ancillary product sales: final review for accuracy, Using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM system), invoicing to the proper budget codes, completing tracking sheets where required, collections tracking including ownership of the departmental AR aging report, working with the Accounting for reconsolidation of funds, etc. Support the team on product development, pricing, testing, piloting, rollout, enhancement, and management as it relates to membership and data products. Work with the sales and account management teams to prioritize special projects that support the department. Download monthly reports on sales and account managers metrics such as renewal tracking, member and customer adds, survey satisfaction rating and survey return percentage and provide to each AM and Director. Process membership and data product, new and renewals sales, upgrades, additional products, etc. in a timely manner for all Sales and Account Managers (24-48 hours) Verify access is correct for new purchases and renewals, ensure that paid report is checked twice daily to turn on new accounts access. Complete monthly commission reports for sales team, and quarterly commission reports for the account managers, providing to the Director of Business Development... Keep process documentation up to date with changes to different processes as they are made. Other duties as required and necessary to ensure the success of the organization. Supervisory duties: None. Requirements: Knowledge, skills and abilities: Ability to consistently promote, support, work, and act in a manner in support of MGMA's mission, vision, and values/behaviors. Must be self-motivated, collaborative and results oriented. Possess a customer-service focus orientation, with an ability to listen, analyze, and implement new processes and procedures with guidance. Excellent organizational, project management, written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of or ability to learn Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and Higher Logic systems. Ability to work with staff at all levels and across multiple departments and manage relationships with our members and state staff. Desire to and be part of a thriving service-focused culture to deliver an exceptional member experience. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business administration or related field. Experience: 2 years of experience in related field. Experience coordinating and managing multiple projects. Working knowledge of CRM systems; previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics is strongly preferred. Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications: Must have reliable transportation. Must have a valid driver's license. Working environment: Work is generally performed in an indoor, professional office environment. Will need to attend conferences and MGMA events in various locations around the United States on a regular basis. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, fax machines, and scanners. Regular, predictable attendance is required.
