This role offers a 55% commission on grooming services, giving experienced groomers the opportunity to earn competitive income while working in a supportive, pet-loving environment. Grooming services: Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, haircuts, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and de-shedding. Follow breed-specific grooming standards or customer preferences. Ensure pets are handled with care and compassion throughout the grooming process. Customer engagement: Consult with pet parents to understand grooming needs and provide expert recommendations. Build lasting relationships with clients through consistent, high-quality service. Address and resolve customer concerns professionally. Team support: Help train new groomers and support other team members. Grooming sales: Rebook clients after each appointment. Recommend additional services. Ask clients for referrals. Salon operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe grooming area. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing salon workflow. Monitor pet health and report any concerns to management. Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred. Prior grooming experience or completion of a grooming training program required. Passion for animals and strong customer service skills.
