An internationally growing supplier to fertility clinics is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead and execute its global commercial strategy. This executive role will drive sustainable revenue growth, international expansion, and commercial excellence across EMEA, North America, and APAC.

The opportunity

As CCO, you will define and implement the global commercial roadmap, overseeing direct sales, distributor networks, marketing, and commercial operations. You will play a key role in scaling the business internationally while strengthening both direct and partner-led sales models.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the global commercial strategy aligned with growth targets
  • Lead multi-region direct and distributor sales teams
  • Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, and revenue performance
  • Align marketing initiatives with measurable sales outcomes
  • Establish robust KPIs, CRM discipline, and performance dashboards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful product launches and market readiness
  • Build and develop a high-performing global commercial organization

Your profile:

  • Senior commercial leadership experience (CCO, VP Sales, VP Commercial or similar) from the fertility sector preferably within medical devices or technology
  • Strong track record of scaling international sales operations
  • Experience managing multi-region teams (EMEA, Americas, APAC)
  • Proven ability to link marketing strategy to revenue growth

This is a high-impact leadership role suited for a commercially driven executive who thrives in scaling international fertility businesses and building strong global teams.
