Summary
As an Activities Director at Aristocrat Berea Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through engaging activities and therapeutic recreation. This position is essential in creating a vibrant community atmosphere where residents feel valued and connected.
This position comes with a starting pay rate of $20 an hour. The typical schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Start and end times are flexible based on community need. This position is a part of the community management team and will take part in the manager on duty weekend coverage rotation.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging activity programs tailored to the needs of residents.
- Coordinate recreational therapy sessions that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure activities are inclusive and accessible for all residents.
- Assess individual resident interests and preferences to personalize activity plans.
- Facilitate group activities that encourage social interaction and community building.
- Maintain records of participation and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
- Communicate regularly with families regarding resident participation and progress.
