Key Job Responsibilities

Salesforce Administrators proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows, optimize back‑end processes, and build scalable solutions. In this role, you will create custom user experiences that streamline business processes, build world‑class features at scale, and collaborate with software development teams to build seamless integrations. You will design and build new features while helping implement new global initiatives. You will operate independently as well as in partnership with Product Managers and key stakeholders for requirement gathering, solutions consulting, and implementation of new feature‑sets. Your technical skill‑set and teamwork capabilities will be key contributors to successfully launching global‑scale features in Salesforce and beyond as part of a larger Sales Technology roadmap. While the Salesforce platform will be your primary focus, you will have the opportunity to learn and support AWS technologies.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years Salesforce administration and CRM program management experience
Experience in Salesforce, AWS, and modern cloud integration architectures
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security frameworks
Experience leading cross‑functional projects, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
