Job Description
As a Sales Director here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and overseeing the sales function. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic direction, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
You will work remotely, with preference for the candidate being on the East Coast. This role will require 40‑50% travel across the US and Europe.
In this role, you will impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business success and market leadership. Your expertise in sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly influence the company's growth and competitiveness in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a Global Sales Organization for the Solstice Advanced Materials – Healthcare Business, focused on Healthcare Packaging and Respiratory Health. Annual revenue target is $220M
- Lead and directly manage a team of global sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas
- Manage the sales process for the Healthcare Business, to include governance of the sales pipeline and price strategy for the business and managing the customer contract process
- Responsible for the Global Healthcare sales forecast and monthly revenue estimate reporting to the BSI leadership team
- Work with demand planning and operations to ensure alignment on demand and production
- Key Solstice Leadership participant for the Healthcare Government Relations team and customer advocate on global regulations affecting the business
- Help manage global customer / conference events such as CPHI, RDD, Pharmapack, etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Manage escalations from Global Sales Team including quality issues, payments, shipment challenges, price negotiations, etc.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Compensation
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is 190k‑230k. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is 180k‑220k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. This position is incentive eligible.
