Clinical Director for the Authorizations Department

The ideal candidate will be a BCBA or have strong knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the authorizations process for clinical services.
  • Review documentation to ensure medical necessity and compliance with payer requirements.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and administrative staff to streamline workflows.
  • Provide clinical oversight and ensure accuracy in ABA-related documentation.
  • Develop and refine policies and procedures for the department.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification or strong background in ABA required.
  • Minimum 1 yeas of experience in behavioral health, insurance authorizations, or clinical operations prefered.
  • Strong understanding of ABA service models and insurance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
