Who You Are:
A licensed agent in Oregon or Washington (or interested in obtaining a real estate license)
Hungry, coachable, and committed to growing a serious real estate career
Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and ready to compete at a high level
Interested in not only selling, but also learning how to invest and advise clients creatively and accurately
What You’ll Do: Handle warm listing and buyer appointments generated by our marketing machine & team of inside sales agents
Master a consultative sales process to guide clients through traditional and non-traditional options
Close deals with confidence—and help your clients win in a complex market
Learn and eventually execute creative deal structures (e.g., cash offer, guaranteed sale, subject-to, seller finance, etc.)
Income Potential:
Top producers on our team earn
$120,000–$170,000+ annually
in their first year on our team, with no cap on earning potential. Your success is directly tied to your effort and commitment.

Requirements
Requirements: Active real estate license
in Oregon and/or Washington, or the ability to obtain one within 60 days
Full-time commitment

– experience delivering exceptional service, managing relationships, and building trust
Highly coachable, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
– driven to grow personally and professionally
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– able to navigate client conversations confidently & strategically, and overcome objections
Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities
– able to manage multiple clients, contracts, and deadlines effectively
Desire to follow proven systems and processes
– willing to trust the playbook and stay consistent
Respectful and collaborative
– values a team environment, contributes to team culture, and supports colleagues
Comfortable prospecting and making outbound calls daily
– not afraid to pick up the phone, follow up with leads, and create new opportunities through consistent outreach & prospecting consistently
