ROLE DESCRIPTION As a Team Member for the Curt Beckham Agency, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, life, health and business insurance, as well as banking and investment products. You will help our business grow through value‑based conversations and remarkable customer experiences. Grow your career as you improve your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales‑minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES

Obtain qualified leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, market appropriate products and services, give and close sales presentations to clients.

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service to include but not limited to responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success and customer satisfaction each and every day.

Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Experience and Knowledge

Sales experience preferred (outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate or telemarketing)

Familiarity with or ability to learn computer functions with experience/proficiency in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows

Customer service experience

College degree preferred, high school diploma required

Requirements

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent communication skills- written, verbal, and listening

Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

Dedication to customer service

Self‑motivated and with a desire to take the initiative

Detail oriented

Proactive in problem solving

Ability to multi‑task and effectively manage time

Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)

Ability to set and meet goals
