Position Overview As an Account Representative, you will be the frontline advocate and problem-solver for our clients. This role blends relationship building with consultative sales—helping individuals protect what matters most while building a career that grows with you. Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalized insurance solutions by identifying client needs and aligning them with the right products.
Guide clients through new policy applications, renewals, and claims support.
Foster strong, lasting customer relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and care.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions.
Contribute to business development through lead generation and client referrals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Sales-driven with a service-first mindset.
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or financial services preferred.
Willingness to obtain
Georgia Property & Casualty License
Georgia Life & Health License
