About the Role This is a
hands-on, senior IT leadership role
focused on ERP ownership and business partnership. The Director of finance systems will oversee ERP systems, manage vendors, lead projects, and work directly with stakeholders across the business.
Key responsibilities
Design, implement, configure, and support financial and ERP systems (Dynamics 365)
Serve as the senior IT owner for ERP changes, upgrades, and enhancements
Oversee contractors and structured ERP project delivery
Manage consultants, vendors, and a managed services partner
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define priorities
Evaluate and implement additional D365 modules as needed
Lead, mentor, and manage IT staff while remaining hands-on
Ensure system stability, adoption, and end-user support
This role requires someone
comfortable rolling up their sleeves while operating at a strategic, executive-facing level .

Hands-on experience with
Dynamics 365
in finance or ERP-heavy environments
Proven ability to

Experience balancing leadership duties with day-to-day system involvement
Comfort working in
lean IT teams supporting complex operations
