Global Supply Chain and Strategy

you'll

take strategic ownership of our

biologics

drug substance platform and shape the future of our global manufacturing footprint. What You'll Do Strategic Leadership Develop and execute

comprehensive network strategies for the biologics drug substance platform across AstraZeneca's global operations Lead strategic evaluations

of our supply chain footprint, including make-vs-buy decisions and contract manufacturing partnerships Drive capacity planning

by analyzing portfolio demand and aligning supply options to meet current and future requirements Collaborate cross-functionally

with Biologics Global Technical Operations, BPD, Global Engineering, and GSSDs to integrate emerging pipeline technologies into our network strategy Business Impact Evaluate and optimize

asset

in biologics manufacturing, supply chain, or strategic operations roles Proven

track record

in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives E

in biologics drug substance manufacturing processes and technologies Strong background

in supply chain design, capacity planning, and network optimization Experience

in pharmaceutical product development processes and regulatory environments Core Competencies Strategic thinking:

Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles.
