Responsibilities Provide first-level technical assistance to attorneys and staff Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Support account setup, password resets, and access management Install and configure workstations, printers, and office equipment Assist with legal software applications and case management systems Document support tickets and resolutions Escalate complex issues to senior IT personnel Maintain confidentiality and follow firm security policies Who is Manpower?
