
Scope & Ownership
Lead architecture and solution design for Microsoft Dynamics (CRM / ERP / CPQ) across Front Office and Back Office systems. Own Dynamics CPQ integration with downstream OMS, Pricing, Planning, and Oracle ERP platforms. Drive alignment between business processes and Dynamics-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and deliver end-to-end Dynamics solutions integrated with OMS, WMS, Procurement, and Oracle ERP. Lead requirements gathering with business and process owners for Dynamics-related capabilities. Define application-level design principles and functional specifications impacting front and back office systems. Establish and enforce architectural standards, security, scalability, and performance best practices for Dynamics. Guide implementation teams on coding standards, configuration strategy, and integration patterns. Support POCs, vendor evaluations, and roadmap planning related to Dynamics platforms. Mentor architects and technical leads working within the Dynamics ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM / ERP / CPQ). Proven experience integrating Dynamics with OMS, WMS, Procurement, and Oracle ERP. Expertise in API-based integrations, middleware, and data architecture. Experience with Azure and cloud-native architecture patterns.
