We are seeking a

Director – Hydraulic Sales

to lead and scale our hydraulic business across mobile and industrial markets. This is a senior sales leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, strengthening supplier partnerships, and building a high-performance sales organization.

Position Scope

Own and execute the hydraulic sales strategy

for mobile and industrial markets

Lead and develop a team of sales professionals and product managers

Strengthen and expand strategic supplier partnerships

Identify and capture new market opportunities

Drive profitable growth through pricing discipline and margin management

Elevate sales execution, accountability, and performance standards

You will play a critical role on the leadership team, helping shape the future direction of the hydraulic business and influencing company-wide growth initiatives.

Essential Functions

Strategic Sales Leadership

Develop and execute a multi-year sales growth strategy aligned with company objectives

Establish clear revenue, margin, and market share targets

Build territory plans and vertical market strategies to accelerate growth

Team Development & Performance

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals and product managers

Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement

Implement sales process discipline, KPI tracking, and pipeline management

Supplier & Customer Engagement

Serve as executive liaison with key hydraulic and controls suppliers

Strengthen strategic alliances and negotiate growth initiatives

Build executive-level relationships with top OEM and MRO customers

Operational & Financial Excellence

Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability

Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisionsCollaborate with engineering and operations to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction

Experience, Education and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within

industrial or mobile hydraulics

Demonstrated success growing revenue and leading technical sales teams

Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, controls, and applications

Proven ability to develop strategy and translate it into execution

Financial acumen including pricing, margin management, and forecasting

Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills

Willingness to travel as needed to support customers and team members
