How your role fits into Boldt: The Boldt Group Graphic Designer is responsible for the creation of visually appealing, brand-consistent materials across print and digital applications, in alignment with The Boldt Group's brand strategies and initiatives. This role includes managing and executing the design and production of collateral, presentations, and other materials. Success in this role is demonstrated by a high level of creativity, self-motivating, proactive behaviors, and by demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively while supporting multiple projects at a time efficiently to completion.
What you get to do: Develop brand-aligned visual assets for print and digital channels, including collateral, presentations, signage, qualifications, and advertisements. Create digital content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and internal communications. Uphold and enforce Boldt's brand standards. Design and edit documents, forms, manuals, and other business materials. Edit and enhance photography and manage uploads to the Digital Asset Management system. Shoot and edit basic video content for internal and external use. Produce infographics, icons and visual summaries. Maintain and update project profiles, resumes, and sales materials. Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate production and quality control. Organize and maintain templates, assets, and file libraries for efficient reuse. Participate in staff and management meetings. Support event planning and creation of related materials. Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement solutions. Provide graphic design support across all Boldt Group entities, including occasional proposal work. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project needs and present design solutions. Perform other duties as assigned. What we expect from you:
Associates degree with minimum of four years of relevant experience. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro). Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). High degree of energy, enthusiasm, tenacity, and creativity. Self-starter, deadline driven with a strong focus on results. Basic knowledge of marketing fundamentals and project management skills. Basic understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and delivery methods is preferred. Strong written and oral communication skills. Outstanding interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. Highly organized with ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment. Professional and positive attitude with internal and external customers. Composure while working on multiple projects under tight deadlines. Physical requirements and working conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position for up to eight hours. The employee occasionally is required to move to access people or workspaces. Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. The ability to optimally communicate is required. The employee may occasionally move up to 15 pounds. The working conditions of this position require the employee to work inside an office environment. The environment for which this position functions may contain scents and fragrances. May be requested to work overtime and weekends.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $$56,160 - $73,000 per year. This range represents what The Boldt Group reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to: candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, alignment with market data and internal equity as well as other business and organizational needs. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work at our Appleton, WI office.
