Overview

This role supports the SKIMS and Nike Sportswear teams with a focus on footwear, accessories, and apparel graphics. The position is responsible for translating existing graphic concepts into highly detailed technical schematics that will be used by factories for production. The team typically collaborates in the Los Angeles office 1-2 days per week.

Job Description Create precise, factory-ready technical schematics for footwear, accessories, and apparel graphics. Translate existing graphic designs into detailed production drawings, including ink callouts, measurements, and placement specifications. Partner closely with Graphic Designers who develop the creative concepts and convert those designs into manufacturable technical layouts. Assist with ideation, concept development, and branding as needed. Lead individual projects and contribute to team initiatives including print, packaging, retail displays, signage, logos, imagery, and collateral materials. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite throughout the design and documentation process. Serve as a liaison between Nike teams (Image Design, Marketing, Product Design, etc.) and external factory partners or agencies. Communicate design requirements, timelines, technical details, and production needs clearly across stakeholders. Incorporate feedback effectively and work collaboratively across teams. Required Skills

Proven experience creating detailed technical schematics for factories in a production environment. Direct experience with schematics for footwear, accessories, and/or apparel graphics. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Strong communication skills and experience coordinating with designers and factory partners. Ability to receive feedback professionally and collaborate without ego. Genuine passion for apparel and footwear design. Nice to Have:

Experience with CLO 3D or other 3D fashion design software. Background in women's performance wear (e.g., tights, sports bras, fitted/stretch apparel). Prior work with brands such as lululemon, adidas, or similar. Experience with screen printing processes. Previous Nike experience. Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree

and

at least 5 years of directly relevant experience,

or 7-8 years of directly relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
