You'll be building something entirely new. You'll have the rare opportunity to shape a product from the ground up in a massive market with significant growth potential. This isn't about optimizing an existing product – it's about creating the go‑to‑market foundation for a platform that aims to become the definitive resource where cybersecurity professionals connect, learn, and collaborate year‑round.

Lifecycle Marketing & Growth

Design and implement lifecycle marketing programs that nurture users from awareness through activation, engagement, and retention

Develop automated nurture campaigns and triggered communications that guide users to value realization

Create re‑engagement and win‑back campaigns to reduce churn and maximize customer lifetime value

Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify and optimize key conversion points throughout the user journey

Market Intelligence & Analysis

Become an expert on the cybersecurity professional development landscape and competitive threats

Track industry trends, customer feedback, and market opportunities to inform strategy

Use data‑driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve conversion metrics, and refine lifecycle touchpoints

Analyze cohort behavior and funnel performance to identify opportunities for growth

What You’ll Bring: Experience & Background

6–8+ years in product marketing and/or lifecycle marketing, with significant experience launching new products or building new categories

Proven track record designing and executing successful lifecycle marketing programs that drive measurable growth

Experience in cybersecurity, community platforms, and freemium subscription models is a bonus

Familiarity marketing to technical audiences and translating complex value propositions

You could be a great fit if:

You have a strong analytical mindset and experience using data to drive campaign decisions and lifecycle optimizations

You understand the full customer journey and know how to move people from one stage to the next

You have a collaborative leadership style with proven ability to lead without direct authority

You are comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy building processes and strategies from scratch
