$21.00/hour Employment Type : Temporary (potential for extension or hire)
The Community Relations Representative will support front office operations at a residential property and serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and prospective renters. This role requires strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, and will be responsible for supporting leasing, retention, and administrative workflows in a fast-paced, resident-facing environment.
Responsibilities :
Greet and assist residents, vendors, and guests in a professional, service-oriented manner Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries Conduct community and apartment tours for prospective residents Process lease applications, payments, and related documentation Support move-in/move-out procedures and track resident information Coordinate scheduling, events, and internal communication Perform data entry, maintain resident records, and update CRM systems Support retention efforts and follow up on resident satisfaction Ensure the office environment remains organized, professional, and welcoming Qualifications :
1+ year of customer service, reception, or administrative experience required Leasing or residential property experience preferred Strong communication skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; knowledge of OneSite, Yardi, or CRM tools a plus Ability to work onsite, including weekends
