AWI Management Corp. is seeking an experienced individual to help manage three apartment communities in San Joaquin, CA. Experience in affordable housing (RD/LIHTC) preferred.
This is a Full-Time position at 40 hours a week.
Starting pay is $25.00 - $26.00 per hour DOE.
Housing is not available with this position.

Reliable Transportation
Authorized to work in the United States
Qualifications / Skills
Able to communicate across various audience levels
Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
Highly proficient in math
Well organized with excellent time management skills
Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants, vendors, and corporate staff
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to manage emergency situations
Proficient in meeting strict deadlines
Professionalism
Listening
Responsibilities
Assist manage all aspects of assigned properties
Process applicant paperwork, screening applicants, obtaining landlord references, ensure all paperwork including lease and house rules receive signatures, re-certifications of current tenants, conducting move-ins and moveouts
Collecting rents and security deposits
Enforcing lease and house rules
Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
Maintaining excellent curb appeal
Advertise and market vacant units to attract tenants
Follow company policies and procedures
