What You’ll Do
Welcome prospective residents and deliver engaging property tours
Guide prospects through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in
Build strong resident relationships and foster a service-focused community
Support marketing initiatives and resident engagement efforts
Manage applications, lease preparation, availability updates, and follow-up communication
Ensure apartments are move-in ready and resident needs are addressed promptly
What We’re Looking For
High-energy, customer service-driven professional
Leasing and marketing experience preferred
Sales mindset with strong closing ability
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Availability to work some rotating weekends (REQUIRED)
