Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the VIP benefits activation lifecycle for both standard and reseller programs—from initiation through activation—ensuring accurate processing and optimal incentive redemption.

Primary Operational Support for Sales Serve as the main operational point of contact for Account Executives (AEs) on MRP and MTP contracting and activation.

Provide reactive support on activation processes, troubleshooting, and general incentive‑related inquiries.

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution Act as the primary troubleshooter for any issues affecting VIP incentive redemption.

Diagnose activation blockers and work cross‑functionally with internal partners to develop and implement timely solutions.

Operational Tracking & Reconciliation Manage all follow‑ups, tracking, and reconciliations for YouTube Credits associated with VIP deals, MRP, and MTP.

Ensure accurate adherence to internal processes and maintain timely client activations.

3+ years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media (e.g., search, social, mobile, display, video).

3+ years of experience creating customer‑facing materials such as pitches, narratives, or one‑sheets for sales teams.

3+ years of experience in Consumer and Market Insights, media measurement, and understanding of the privacy landscape.

Required Skills

Prior experience with Google's internal deal management systems, especially Connect Deals.

Operational knowledge of Google’s commercial programs, including VIP, MRP, and MTP.

Experience in an operational support, deal desk, or program coordination role. Strong independent problem‑solving skills with the ability to resolve complex operational challenges.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a service‑oriented, collaborative mindset.

Ability to onboard quickly and deliver immediate impact with minimal guidance.

Pay Details:

$84.43 to $111.16 per hour
