Financial Analyst – Hybrid in Miami
The
Financial Analyst
position will be responsible for completing and coordinating pricing activities in support of Fleet Management Solutions (FMS). Price deals for various product lines, including full service lease, programmed maintenance and lease finance.
Key Responsibilities
Supports the FMS national and local sales team with the pricing of new and existing business, ensuring Ryder signs profitable contracts.
Provides financial and general business support to the sales and operations teams.
Performs accurate and meaningful analyses.
Structures the financial aspects of a deal.
Assesses and incorporates risks into pricing models.
Delivers well documented, timely and complete customer pricing.
Ensures deals adhere to product and company strategy.
Develops and manages relationships with the Ryder field organizations and other HQ groups.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
Excellent analytical skills and strong creative ability.
Project coordination skills. Self‑starter with the ability to derive innovative solutions with some direction.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Experience with MS Excel is preferred.
One to two years of finance/accounting/business experience is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits Pay Type:
Salaried Minimum Pay Range: $60,000.00 Maximum Pay Range: $60,000.00
