Showing properties and working with home buyers

Negotiate offers for best price and terms
Oversee the transaction process from offer to close
Maintain relationship after the sale
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
Motivated and ability to work independently
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
Show good organizational and time management skills
