DRMP is seeking an experienced and service-oriented HR Specialist to support our employees across a variety of HR functions, with a primary focus on employee benefits administration, leave of absence (FMLA/LOA), and immigration support. This role will serve as a key resource for employees and managers, ensuring accurate program administration, compliance, and a positive employee experience. In addition to benefits and leave responsibilities, this position will assist with other HR-related initiatives as needed. Your Primary Responsibilities will include

Benefits Administration

Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans Support annual open enrollment, benefit communications, and employee education Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefit questions and issue resolution Coordinate with benefit vendors and brokers to ensure smooth program delivery Leave of Absence & Compliance (FMLA/LOA)

Manage leave of absence processes including FMLA, ADA accommodations, parental leave, short-term disability, and other LOA types Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company leave policies Track leave cases, documentation, and employee status changes in HR systems Partner with managers to provide guidance on leave-related situations Immigration Support

Coordinate employment-based immigration case processing in partnership with legal counsel and internal stakeholders Assist with visa tracking, documentation, and employee communications Maintain compliance with immigration-related policies and recordkeeping requirements Additional HR Support

Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities Support HR operations, process improvement, and special projects Provide general HR support including policy guidance and employee inquiries Collaborate with the HR team to support engagement and retention initiatives What you\'ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 3+ years of HR experience with strong emphasis on benefits and leave administration Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, LOA processes, and benefits compliance Experience supporting immigration processes strongly preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and customer service orientation Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Preferred Skills

PHR or SHRM-CP certification (or interest in obtaining) Experience in a multi-location or professional services environment Familiarity with vendor management and HR compliance practices DRMP Offers
