Nightwing is seeking a Part‑time employee to work as a
PT Tec Technical Collections and Communications (TCC) Field Service Representative (FSR)
in support of a DoD contract providing technical equipment advisory and support for SOCOM efforts. Responsibilities include assisting with equipment installation, system configuration, and maintenance. The role also involves troubleshooting systems, identifying problems, documenting findings, and writing reports. International travel overseas is required.

Job Responsibilities
Mentor and advise senior military personnel on equipment, technical capabilities, and employment techniques, tactics, and procedures for utilizing HF‑TTL equipment.
Assist in the development and implementation of concepts of operations for deploying HF‑TTL devices based on equipment capabilities and other critical factors.
Provide technical expertise and support in testing and installing audio and video server applications.
Coordinate with Nightwing headquarters for specialized program support.
Offer technical expertise and operational perspective for new equipment and integration efforts.
Conduct research and develop best practices.
Required Skills
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI.
Retired or former Special Operations soldier with at least 5 years of U.S. military experience in a similar capacity.
Recent combat experience.
Experience with or technical information collection equipment supporting War on Terrorism objectives.
Proficiency in web‑based applications, including Microsoft Office, Windows, FalconView, Google Earth, C2PC, Streets and Trips, and Map Printability software.
Ability to travel independently and operate for extended periods without supervision.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technical products.
Time‑management skills and ability to meet realistic deadlines for resolution.
Physical ability to carry a 35‑pound load without assistance.
CONUS and OCONUS travel requirements to support the unit.

Excellent interpersonal, time‑management, and organizational skills.
Strong leadership skills and ability to interact effectively with management, customers, and employees.
Typical Requirements University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in engineering or other technical positions.
Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance is required prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
